■Selling Price

The selling price is stated as the amount displayed on each product page (displayed price/including consumption tax) for each product. Please confirm on the final screen when purchasing the product.

■Special Provisions Regarding Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. As an exception, exchanges or returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product if a different product from the one ordered arrived or if there was a defect in the product.

In the event of the above, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

If it is impossible to arrange for a replacement product, the order will be canceled, and the total selling price of the product will be refunded.

■Delivery Period for Services or Products

Products for which no delivery time is specified will be delivered within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

*Business days refer to weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. For pre-order products, the shipping period is stated on each product page.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by reasons not attributable to our company.

Product delivery is limited to within Japan.

Reshipment of undelivered products will, in principle, be within 1 month from the shipping date. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests outside of this period.
