A: You can edit it on My Page, but for ordered items, the対応 varies depending on the status (preparing for shipment or waiting).

2. About Products
Q: Can I exchange products?
A: Exchanges due to customer convenience are not possible.
Q: I received a defective product or a product different from what I ordered.
A: If you contact us via the inquiry form with details (image attachment recommended) within 7 days of receipt, we can arrange an exchange or return at our shipping expense.
3. About Orders
Q: Can I place an order by phone?
A: As this is an internet-only site, we do not accept phone orders.
Q: Are there purchase limits?
A: Some products may have a limit on the number of items that can be ordered at one time. Please check each product page.
Q: I want to check my order details.
A: You can check them in the "Order Confirmation Email" or in "Order History" on My Page.

A: Shipping is a flat rate of 1,100 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Q: When will my product arrive?
A: Typically, items are shipped within 7 business days after the order is completed. Pre-ordered items will be shipped on their release date.

Q: Can I purchase from overseas?
A: Purchases from overseas are possible. However, since our store does not ship overseas, customers who wish to have their items delivered overseas should use a separate international forwarding service.
